Collection, use and access to personal Information
The WAW Community Fund may collect limited personal information such as name and contact details about donors, members and other individuals connected to the Community Fund. We only collect personal information necessary for WAW Community Fund activities.
We may use the information we collect from you for the purposes of processing requests you make of us or offering you an opportunity to participate in or donate to other Community Fund initiatives. We may also send you information related to third party fundraising projects or requesting volunteers for a third party fundraising projects where those projects are related to Community Fund initiatives. We do not otherwise share the personal information we collect with any other organisation except where we are required to do so by law. From time to time, we may compile statistical data from the personal information we have collected. In these instances, the data will be aggregated and de-personalised before it is disclosed to third parties.
Access to personal information and data quality

We take all reasonable steps to keep all information we hold up-to-date. If you identify that the information that we hold about you is incorrect, please contact us and request an amendment.
We are concerned to provide a secure environment for your privacy. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the personal data we hold from such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data.
Where lawful and practical, you have the option of not identifying yourself when entering into transactions with us. We will let you know if this is going to cause a problem (for instance if you are ordering products from us).
